I recently got a great deal on brand new HID's from vvme.com

I just received them yesterday, I attempted to install them today and no luck when I turn on my headlights. They are the singlebeam bulbs/8000k. The kit states it's a plug n'play setup, no splicing needed. But nothing is working. I attempted swapping the ballasts and the bulbs on either side and unfortunately nothing happens. Am I supposed to splice in anything even though it states it doesn't need it?

I would check all your grounds. I did the same install theyre sweet. I got 6000ks.

It looks like that the black wire in the diagram is connected to the negative terminal of the battery? Im pretty sure i just grounded mine to some metal.
