HNDA ETR

Got a strange problem but only seems to happen when I drive over a 20 mile distance. I have a 4.6 2000 Mustang and when I drive places I'll be on it at about quarter throttle on the highway and suddenly the car will slow down as if i let off the gas completely when i'm clearly still on it. I usually floor it and get no response and eventually it starts working again. Also when i'm driving normally it will shut off on me when i'm just driving around for no reason. This usually only happens when I drive for a little while and not on my 5 min. rides to class
Fuel Filter?
IAC? Not sure what that is but heard it could be the problem?
Vaccum leak?


Just recently got 4.10's installed with a 4 bank SCT Chip so hoping that doesn't have anything to do with it.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Na its a brand new King Cobra Cluch. Its got about 3k on it
