Default UPR Off-Road X

For those of you with experience with this off road x-pipe, would you recommend it?

I was doing some research online and found that it is the best deal overall since it already comes with O2 extensions for my 2004 model GT.

I have weld in Cherry Bomb Extreme 1 Chamber mufflers on my car already.

I can't wait to open it up even more!

Alot of guy's here, including myself, think that a X-pipe dosen't sound well with chambered mufflers (raspy). I was also going to buy a x-pipe to go with my flows which are also chambered. Alot of guys (on this site) told me that the o/r h-pipe is the way to go if you want that muscular sound. The best way to see how it will sound is to go on you tube and look up mustang exhaust sound clips.

Most H pipes are the same (just tubing) but the mac prochamber I have includes a chamber at the h intersection that is supposed to help power but who knows. I don't think any of the h pipes will make your car sound like a ricer though

I had a choice; BBK o/r h-pipe $189.00, Summit brand o/r h-pipe $119.00. Thought that if it cost more it had to be better right? Luckly I found out that preety much all h-pipes are the same.

I have a UPR O/R x pipe with some Borla S-types, it sounds AWSOME, I get complimants all of the time!! Whenever I go to the Dyon shop and they do pulls on it, people come from all the neighboring shops to see where all the noise is comming from. Really it sounds good!

Are your Stingers chambered mufflers or straight throughs???

Also, Soldier, how has your Summit pipe held up against the elements??? And was it a good fit?

UPR X PIPE here too with side exiting exhaust and it sounds great!

Just DO NOT buy from THR (TEXAS HOT RODS) their customer service sucks! They sent me the wrong one and i waited 3 months before getting in contact with UPR themselves to get the right one.

Luckily though the wrong one fit my 89 so i used it and UPR said they were going to bill THR for the bad service and got 2 X pipes for the price of one.
