I have 315's on my 96 gt and the only problem i had is the pipes would move a bit due to the fact there on rubber hangers. All i did to fix it was run a wire from both of the rear hangers and it keeped them from wiggling to much and hitting the tires.

I have a 2001 with H&R springs and 315's. No problems with rubbing or anything.

I don't do launches so I can't comment on that, but I will tell you for driving on the street these springs suck. I have scraped on everything on the road. Once I bottomed out on a speed bump and had to replace the exhaust flange that sheered off.

This is the picture from when I picked the car up from the purchase (2 years old) and it's parked on a slight uphill. Hope it helps.
