I don't know what you heard but I have been dealing with RPM Outlet now for about 2 years and I never had a problem...I don't think you're gonna be able to find it cheaper anywhere else however, some companies offer the special forces on ebay brand new and the prices are good also...

I myself have purchased a few items from RPM Outlet and i have nothing bad to say about them. When ever your purchase something online, you run the risk of having a problem here and there. I know RPM Outlet has some pretty low prices. Instead of listenting to what others say, just find out for yourself. If you give the correct information you shouldn't have a problem. They provide you with a shipping number and you can always call or email if you have any question.

Their shipping is free and they ship items out on the same day you order them...they do charge an $11.95 processing/handling fee just like most companies do...I've never seen any company sell an item and not charge something for either shipping, handling, processing, or all the above...and I will agree that you can't discount a company based on someone else's bad experience unless that company is Crazy Horse Racing in NJ...whatever you do, do not ever go there...
