Could ya'all do me a favor?

Could you post up your car year, model, tranny, etc. Then follow it with a list of your mods, timeslip and a dyno sheet?

I wanna see how everyone stacks up against each other here. Also to help me get a better understanding of what kind of power you're producing at whatever stage you're at in your modifications.

Please and Thank ya.

1998 GT 5-speed. Mods are down below in my sig. I will have a dyno sheet soon after I install my Steeda pulleys next week! So yeah, I guess I didn't help ya that much Si, sorry LOL. My guess would be around 235 rwhp after the pulleys....and high 13's in the 1/4. But those are just educated guesses...we will see the truth soon![8D]

96- 5sp (don't know if you want to know if its 5sp-auto, or t56, of course all i know is its a 5spd, couldn't tell you type of tranny), and all mods are in sig. won't go to the track till i get a shift kit, when i try to race i grind 2nd like 75% of the time, stock shifter is sloppy. Might be wishful thinking but i hope to at least be at 200hp, of course, no dyno, or time slips yet

Hmm...what did I have back then?

Densecharger w/85mm Prom-M (POS), magnablow catback, stock H? MAc H? Can't recall.
I think that was it. Auto.

I made 200rwhp and 280rwtq

Stock I ran a 15.0 with a bad MAF (had a bad bucking, but I ran it anyways) and wires that were apparently on the fringe of death.

I would expect a 14.7 run with those problems fixed.

With my mods now: 4.30's, Nitto 555 275's, Dens. Pro-M, FRPP shorties, Mac catted H, SLP LMI's, Steed U/D's, Fox body shocks, Frpp race wires, Trickflow plenum: I would expect a high 13's run.

With the mods sitting in my garage: PI intake, PI heads, PI cams, install shat: I would expect LOW 13's, if not 12's with e/t streets.

Devin: I would be surprised to see you hit 13's unless you have suspension mods you didn't list or are planning on some STICKY tires for the strip and can shift your brains out.

1997 GT 5spd Convertible

Mods: BBK o/r h-pipe, flowmaster catback, intake spacer, steeda TA, steeda Tri-Ax, King Cobra Clutch, FRPP 3.73s, rebuilt rear end, brand new Bridgestone Potenzas (as of yesterday )

I haven't dyno'd or run my car yet...but I'm hoping for low 200s to the wheels, and possibly mid-low 14s at the track. Hope this helps ya Si.....you leaning towards a 96-98 sleeper?

Yeah, traction will be the issue with that.[&o] I will have enough hp to see high 13's (13.8-13.9), but the issue will be getting a good launch. I have no suspension mods...I plan on powershifting the hell out of it and hopefully launching at a the right RPM's.[8D]

97 GT convertible, auto. Mods are as listed below, minus the T/A and Pulleys, to be installed next weekend! Then I can give you some Dyno #'s, but I'm guessing about 210 RWHP. (weak I know...) Actually have a running bet with my buddy that my car won't break 200 RWHP. If I don't win (over 200) I'm gonna cry..... My car has never seen the track. In fact, the only thing within 90 miles of my house in an 1/8th mile... Once I get my TA and pulleys on, I plan on making a few runs. Also in the works of purchasing a transcooler, transgo shift kit, and possibly a 1800 stall converter. Should easily crack the 13 seond zone then...

Ok i know you were waiting for me to post.

If its a 5-speed its a T-45. 56 is cobra. T5 is old Fox. Also would be very suprised if you even saw 200hp to the wheels.

Devin...i would expect 14.0's out of youre set-up. I dunno how youre track is or temps, but i dont think you'll see 13's

Also Acer.... i hope you can shift 5th very good. Because i have a feeling youre gonna run out of gear and not find the times youre looking for.

As for me...

1998 SN-95 GT, T-45 5 speed, 373 rear end, White, Coupe.

MODS: As for mods and times i can only list the mods i had at the time of racing. My best time was a 14.2@99 MPH and 207RWPH and 279ft. lbs of torque. I had Flowmaster catback, Screaming Demon coil packs, UPR X-pipe, 10mm Live wires, Steeda Underdrive pulleys, King Cobra clutch, Steeda shifter, K& N filter, Superchip.

Future times.... I Now have 80 HP eldelbrock nitrous kit, Digital Window switch, Dual purge kit, bottle heater, and random gauges, SLP LM 1's, PI intake, PI heads, PI cams, Shorty headers, Upper and lower control arms, Plenum, throttle body and MAF, BFG DR's.
