If you don't have to worry about emmissions go with an O/R X pipe. It will have a better sound.

Where do you live? It makes a difference.

I live in Connecticut, where there are emissions testing. I have an o/r x pipe, and just swap in the stock h with cats when I need to get tested. Emissions tests are stupid! no cats sounds good, though.

Cats are something less to worry about when they get clogged, and are pretty expensive.
I have stock headers going into a o/r bbk x pipe, into a stainless steel bassani straight through muffler exhaust. I love the sound. I am also thinking about going with Long Tube headers which are illegal in CA, and mostly any exhaust mod is illegal here.

*Just keep your stock exhaust parts for swapping or any fix-it tickets. I still have my stock 4 cat H pipe and my stock cat back.

But definitely go catless, Nom Sayen??
