Death Rattle man read my post. I didn't say 400.00 would be good for a 5 hp increase. I said that I'm paying that much for my tune including the custom subframe connector install.

That wasn't my point...what I am saying is that aimhigh is probably gonna spend somewhere in the neighborhood of $400-$600 for his tune unless he gets some kind of deal (like what is probably the case with you)...I'm saying that if his car is not throwing any check engine lights, and if his speedo is already calibrated for the gears, then he is basically gonna be paying that much for a 10-15 hp gain which is not worth it right now...and not only that but then if he decides to get cams or other mods he is gonna have to have it re-tuned because the original dyno tune will no longer be any good...if his car is running fine then I suggest taking that money and investing it towards more mods and then have it tuned when it is necessary...that's just my opinion, no offense meant...

Getting tuned is worth it dude! Buy a handheld like someone else mentioned, because then you can always adjust things as you get more mods.. I spent 300 on my Sniper (some others are cheaper priced) but It was a well spent 300! I am vey satisfied with mine!

No offense taken DR. I'm getting mine tunes just for the cam's and I still don't think it' running the way it should. Hopefully this will resolve any issues that I may have...

Thanks to all that replied,

Regarding how my car is running. I'm not sure what it may be but my car seems to idle down to 700 RPM's after warming up. When it does that, my voltage gauge also drops.

When my car gets warmed up and only when warmed up, and at idle, it seems to miss because I when I listen to the exhaust from the rear, it kinda of sounds like, idle idle idle idle idle puff puff idle idle idle idle puff idle idle puff puff.......... and so on. I feel the exhaust with my hand and can feel it push out more when it puffs. The car feels strong when I take off but does hesitate at times. Not sure what may be wrong, I just changes spark plugs, TR6, gapped at .040. Again, the car has no tune.

Don't laugh at my idle analogy but that was the best way I could explain it.
