A Question About Gears.....
#11
dang, i went on youtube and researched both. When i look at 3:73s i can't tell the diffrence between those and stock, when i look at 4:10s it looks like a totally diffrent animal. I've been thinking about my choice for a long long time but now i'm def. leaning towards the 4:10s for sure. The 3:73s don't even look any diffrent than stock, on youtube video anyway

What is gas mileage? Is this a mustang forum or a civic forum?
Don't fear the gear. 4.10, 4.30, or 4.56 are the only gears that should be put in a mustang no matter if your NA or FI unless the car is used for road racing then use 3.55 or 3.73.

4:10's will really wake up the car, did it and never looked back. here is a cool calculator to figure out your speeds with the gears

Man that's a cool graph. I just wish I didn't have to redo the gears. The 3.73's are a good gear but when I rode in my buddys 01 gt with a few mods his car felt fast as hell (but not fast as mine, lol)...
