Default I'm sure every1 has asked or noticed this on their stang but....

my gas guage is off...alot, anyway of fixing that? i heard its a common problem in '99-'04 stangs and was wondering if any1 has a permanent fix not the "just turn ur car off and start it again" lol

what do you mean? Mine tends to stick at the 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 marks for a while then drops faster in between.

ohh crap, this one time though, i filled it up and as i was driving my gas guage dropped to ZERO
i was like 'o isht son, that aint funny, dis bich cost 5 dollars a gallon ***** frencha!" so i slammed on the frikin brakes, shut the engine off said a prayer and cranked the bitch back up and the POS read right that time..i was about to beat the living crap out of it son!

Well on my car i only get 200 miles a tank. I do mainly hwy driving and when i fill up i fill up close to the E and it takes 10 gallons to fill up the tank. I believe we have a 15 gallon tank.

that is wat happens to me i only get like 190 out of my car and when i go to fill it only fills like 10-11 gallons and i kno we hav a 14.5 gallon tank...WTFuxorz ppl????
