How much leather in leather seats?
I have an '04 GT Premium with the interior upgrade (adjustable headrests) and leather. I just conditioned my front seats, but didn't do the back seats, because upon close inspection I don't think they are leather... and are the front seats only leather on the "seating surfaces" and possibly the headrests? It appears the sides and backs are vinyl...
I've never been a leather fan, and it really gripes me that I pay extra for this over rated vinyl, and most of it actually is vinyl...
Oh, well, someday I hope to have them recovered in a suede or cloth...

only the front seating surface is leather, the rest is "leatherette".
the steering wheel, shifter and brake are leather, too, i believe.

And the seating sides and back are vinyl. You wont get all leather seats until you get into higher quality and higher priced vehicles.
And Sickspeed you can count on about $700-800 for just the covers and probably about $1000 or more for the install.

This is not a problem. Leather cleaner will also clean vinyl.

And apparently aloe conditioner will shine it up without making it slick and greasy...

I will be doing the leather upgrade to my seats that Steeda offers...and it's real leather, not the crap that ford installs. The price from Steeda is $1400 installed...front and back seats. Plus you can do custom colors...I plan on doing Black down the center of the seats and leaving the rest the Medium Graphite color to match my dash.
