Default 99 GT What to do?

hey whats up everybody. I wanted to hear your opinion on what I should do next. First off. I have a 99 gt auto, cai k&n filter, underdrive pulleys, o/r x pipe with flowmasters. What should my next step be. I was thinking long tube headers, professional products intake with plenum and tb, gears ratio? not sure what do you suggest. Also I wanted to swap my auto for a 5 speed do you think its a good idea. is it even possible what all am i gonna have to buy for these and change out. also i want to change out my heads.Anything else what do you think i should do first or what else to do? Thanks everyone.

I would forge the bottom end and buy a twin turbo setup pumping 20 + psi. Thats my opinion.

Gears, shift kit, and a front brake line-lock.

You already have an o/r x-pipe so you will see minimal gains with long-tubes for a lot of cost. I like aftermarket TB/Plenums more for the looks then the horsepower gain. I don't think the cost changing to a manual transmission is ever worth it. Manual shifts are fun but Automatics will usually beat them. And, you alreay have PI heads.
