23 hp out of a prochamber is never gonna happen.
Unless you also do headers and catback along with a good tune, then maybe.
but back on topic, an x pipe will definitely win in overall loudness and better flow.
get yourself a o/r xpipe and you will be happy.

I know what im talking about cause I did my research. If you are going to run slp loudmouth you might as well run muffler deletes and save yourself $500. Stingers are pretty loud but not the loudest on a GT. Stingers have a total different sound than MAC and flowmaster but doesnt give that traditional muscle sound. Ive heard them all and seen flow charts on them but to each its own. You see a mustang will attract attention without even being the loudest, so why sound like a 9 sec car if youre running 14's.

Flowmasters have ALWAYS been a more muffled sound... on any car. Plus they are not Stainless.
Borla has always been known to be loud.
Are you unsatisfied with the way your car sounds while driving it.. or when you are standing outside the car? I always underestimate how my car sounds... untill i hear it when i am not driving!

I've got a BBK o/r X and MAC catback, and my car is one of the loudest mustangs around, and I've still got manifolds on it. Heres a little video of me racing a SRT8, and you can hear my car screamin in the beginning...

Go with an O/R H pipe. Stingers sound REALLY good with o/r H's despite what some people say about them with X pipes.
