fuel pump duty cycle

anyone know how much horse a stock GT fuel pump is good till untill you should look at upgrading?

Your 4v + FR500 is a little much for stock GT pump. What injectors/MAF are you using?

A Cobra pump is a 190lph I believe.. I'd look into a 255lph (I think thats what a Focus pump is)
