Default thought for air setup

i have a 2002 gt, and i cant make up my mind on want i want to purchase. i've been looking at gettin a CL upper plenum, then their MAF system which consit of 85mm MAF System with Inlet Pipe, then purchases a BBK 75mm throttle body, i would like to hear some imput or suggestion on another part, or if anybody else has this setup or somthin lin it?

The C&L CAI and 85mm MAF housing fit and perform great on my car. You should get a tune after installing it though because it has a well-deserved reputation for leaning out the A/F ratio.

You are GOING to need a tune. The C&L MAF makes the car dangerously lean. You NEED to get it tuned if you don't want to repalce your motor.

A Diablo Predator does not have enough ability with the performance tune to richen the car enough to be safe, with the factory tune it will. You will need a custom tune.

I run the C&L upper ported and polished by me, Accufab 75mm TB, and the Full Demolt (Tunable induction) system. Nice gains above 3k. The stock MAF is very good on 02-04 Mustangs and is good for 350hp. Really don't need to change it.

didnt your mama teach you if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all. what are your mods 4.6ford? if you dont have exhaust start there. then cai, then plenum and throttle body and then maybe a chip or tuner

yea well i lied, bc i went out and bought Flowmaster American thunder for my car, and i love it. so i guess the intake throttle body anf plenum are my next purchase. thanks for then input.
