Not to be rude or anything, but you need to spend a little more time preparing for the video. It was rather confusing listen to you mumble to yourself, repeating, and calling things incorrect names.

You also forgot to mention a little dab of anti-seize for the plugs so they don't bond to the head over time.

I am looking into getting this stuff done as well.

I have been thinking about purchasing:

Ford Racing 9mm Wires
xxxx Spark Plugs (whichever brand is best)
xxxx Starter Coil

What kind of real world gains and differences are to be expected by swapping these parts to higher quality aftermarket versions? Is there really a HP difference, or do they simply make the car run better/smoother?

Ummm...don't 99-Td mustang have COP?

If so, you don't have wires or a coil, you just have 8 coils. So plugs are the only thing to change.
