Default new ignition

where can i find awesome ighiton setup for my 2000 mustang gt ive been lookin and i don't know what all i should get or what , how does the ignition system work , cause for example on my 94 camaro v6 it had 3 coil packs that controled the engine how is it setup on my mustang i don't understand at all

They don't have one. You have a COP system (Coil on Plug). I think someone may have just come out with some replacments but didn't really perform better then stock.

You can switch back to the distributar system from 96-98 GTs if you really wanted.

What is the goal for this ignition system? They don't add any worth while power to a car, expecailly for the money you will spend.

I Just bought a plasma booster that is supposed to have four times the spark as the factory and have seen 2hp increase but it was all the way through the RPM range and the same on tq but a 6hp at 2500rpm and 10lb of tq which they have seen a tenth of a second improvement in the quarter for 199.00 dont know if it is worth it but i think it is. it would be just as good as the red box (MSD)
