Default Quiet Mufflers

I'm just wondering what kind of mufflers i can get for my car that would be quiet and not scream like hell when i get on it. I still want sound but not the sound when i take off and my car yells, HEY COPS I AM OVER HERE, ACCELERATING, SO JUST FOLLOW THIS SOUND! Any help would be appreciated.

Uh...Stock? I dont belive they make aftermarket "quiet" mufflers, second, you probably have the second loudest exhaust there is that you can put on a mustang LM1s being the first and you undoubtly have an O/R H, put some catalyctic converters back on. I would go with magna flow mufflers, not the glass pack though. They're very mellow, unless this whole thread was a joke then you're an ******* and you can just stfu and die.

Trust me, I would put the stock ones on if they wouldn't rust. I think they are 2.25" and my piping is 2.5". I will youtube some MAC and flow exhuast clips.

Get the magnaflow regular catback (not the magnapacks). They are straight-through so you get the performance but have much more packing around the mufflers inner tube so it stays pretty quiet.

^^^ +1 to the Magnaflow Catback and check out the Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers. Cheap and quiet.

Another vote for Dynomax!
I have 4 cars with them and the Flowmasters are coming off of one of my '67 firebirds, soon.
The Borla's on the Saleen, are better yet! (Cost a bunch more...Stainless Steel.)
