i'm saying ford just because that's what performance shops recommend, and that's what i have on my car.

Motive's typically require more shimming then the FFRPs.

If you do the master rebuild, then wont you have to reshim the gears anyway?

Yes if you rebuild the rear end you will be shiming it anyways. I didn't because the car only has 30k and the rear is fine. FFRP 4.10 still require shim but not to the extreme of the Motives.

pro 5.0 gets my vote, i got their 3.90's like 6 months ago, no whine and the went in perfectly
