Exclamation Please help with finding this plug in the car.

I'm wanting to ground this wire to a switch but I cannot find this plug shown below. I don't know what it's called or what it's for. 1996 Mustang GT

"Its pin 46 light green and purple tracer wire. You have to ground it. I would ground it through a switch just my opinion. so you can turn it on and off"

Looks like the PCM wiring harness connector to me
