Like you mentioned, a 5.4 2v on a stock short block really isn't meant to be spun all that fast. I wouldn't even bother if you're not going to at least do cams with the swap.

As far as intakes go, you can buy adapter plates and run any 4.6 manifold or there is a new HPS 5.4 2v intake out as well.

Your 4.6 EEC will work fine with a tune.

i know it will work fine i just WANT MORE POWER!!!LOL i suppose i could supercharge or turbo it, of course beefing up the internals first. it looks like u have a 5.4 in ur stang. where did u get it out of and how much horsepower does it have? and r u happy u did the swap?
