Well I think that I have achieved the best balance of IAC restriction now. My IAC was already restricted to affect the throttle hang fix but now I've restricted it even more with a smaller hole laden copper cap plugging the IAC tube so that the computer will stop sending so much fresh air to the plenum now that my TB has a hole in it. Resetting the computer for 20 minutes and driving to work and back didn't seem to 'teach' the computer. The hardest part was finding an idle / restriction that would not hang the RPM's but would still give good idle even with the A/C blasting at a stop light.
