Brake Rotor Resurface?
#11
I refuse to buy part store rotors for my car anyway.. They'll warp after a few hard stops and most of the time they need a light cut straight out of the box

when i did my pads a couple months ago i took all 4 up to o'rileys to get them turned and they wouldnt do them. they told me that according to there data base the rotors for a mustang are not ment to be turned just replaced. the fronts they could take off.001 for 15.00 a rotor but the rears they are throw aways.
i really dont think guy knew what he was talking about, .001 is nothing....
but why would you spend $200 on pads?

there hawk full ceramic front and rear pads, and yeah they redneck at o'reilys pissed me off so bad....i called the same store in the next town and they said that it was no problem and to bring them on in but it was 3pm on a sunday afternoon, i was already at my dads house with all the brakes off so i would have to put it all back together drive 25+ miles, tear my brakes back down in the parts store parking lot then put them back together and drive back home. so i said the hell with it and went back to my dads and sanded the rotors with 80 grit and havent had a bit of trouble out of them since.
