78K miles auto is SC safe
Not sure to post this in tech but I want to supercharge without completely braking the bank or overhauling the engine. My question is with 78k on my engine is it safe to run say 8psi on stock internals? I'm not looking for huge numbers but 350RWP or more is where I want to shoot for.
Thanks in advance.

350rwhp is a perfect number.. if i s/c thats where i would be around 350-375
dont want anything to break as i am very very conservative
but i dont see why 78k would be a problem.. im sure there are people with 100k+ running superchargers...
8 psi is good to run bc its not overworking the s/c at all really.. or so tahts what i would think as opposed to the same s/c running 15psi or something..
wait for others to chime in. you should be just fine though
EDIT: as for the tranny, im not sure how it would hold up with that much HP -- someone will answer that. keep searching in the mean time

everything will be fine. my odometer reads 82,xxx right now and runs like a champ.
I am running 9 PSI on stock internals.
You will want to change the clutch. It will last a while with that much HP, but will start to slip eventually. The tranny itself will be fine though.
