Default 97 gt questions

i have a 97 gt with a 01 engine should i go with nitrous or meth injection.Also i have a 97 ecu should i get a 01 ecu will it add more power.Does a bad o2 sencer have anything to do with power loss or gas milelage

It all depends on what you want to do with your car. If meth or nitrous is your only option, I would go with nitrous.
The 97 ecu was made to run with the npi parts (heads/cam/intake) so honestly, I would buy a chip rather than the harness (plus, with a 2 stage chip, or sct, you can run a tune for nos and one for normal driving).

o2 sensor can cause your engine to run rich, in turn, you could lose some horse, but to be honest with you, you probably need a tune anyhow with that new motor (because of the PI Parts).

find a tuner that'll work with your car. check out sct tuners (check out Brenspeed.com)

It depends what o2 sensor is bad, if its a pre-cat sensor it could affect the car, but if its an o2 sensor after the cat it will not affect the car. The only thing the rear o2 sensor do is make sure the cat is functioning properly.
