As to the OP's problem, always use new O-rings. Unless you have had it all apart withing the last few months they will have "taken a set" and/or be brittle...

Im gonna try new o rings and ima try and reclamp it down a littl tighter and hope that works

I didnt use anything because I would never own one. I have the BBK 78mm and I didnt even have to use a screwdriver or a drill...that cracks me up.

put new o rings and did everything to make them fit. they are junk i am returning them. Dont buy!

Its not worth ricking an engine fire on you're car just so u can see nice fuel rails at a car show, the stock ones cleaned up aren't bad looking to begin with, if they don't make you happy get them powdercoated.
