Default Auto engine harness and ECU?

I've been working on going from the a 5 speed to an auto.

I have the 2003 4r70w trans with it's harness. and I plan on getting a 2003 auto ecu. Do I also need a 2003 engine harness?

The front 02's between the auto and the 5 speed seem to be loomed different.

On the 5 speed the passenger side front 02 is Incorporated in the engine harness and the drivers front one is incorporated in the trans harness because it routes down the drivers side of the trans.

On an auto the front passenger side front o2 sensor is incorporated in the trans harness and routes down the passenger side of the trans. So that would lead me to the conclusion that the drivers side 02 must be incorporated in engine harness coming auto somewhere around the back of the motor on the driver side. Is this correct? If so do I need the auto harness as well? Would I also need the ecu harness that goes to the ecu and ccrrn also?

I have heard of others taking the manual and standard trans harnesses and un looming them and swapping things repining and the re loaming. But I really really don't won't to have to do that.

So basically what harnesses and etc do I need to make it plug and play?

Both both rear o2's are incorporated in the trans harness regardless.
