how do you brighten or dim headlights?

At times i cant tell if my headlights are on when the fogs are on drove about a mile comming home tonight w/o them...whoops hehe

i got the 9007-3 kit with the dual beam for headlights
and the 881 single beam for the fogs ill try to get some pics later

I went with the clear kit from late model restoration and they are tons better than stock!! The whole kit was only $109.95.
