Advice on traction bars!
Ok, I want to get some lower control arms before I go to the track for the first time. I found these Lakewood Traction Lift Bars that look pretty rad.[:-] Are these better than your normal after-market control arms?? Click here

i would personally get the lower control arms (which is what i did) those lift bars ,from what i hear work excellent even better than lower contorls arms, but the only downside is u lose alot of ur handling abiltys cause its trying to lift up the back, but i just got lower control arms put in and they work great probaly not as good as those but i still would like to handle pretty good

here is the description
620-21900
Mustang 1979-98
Lakewood Traction...Action lift bars work with axle torque to lift and load the chassis. This forces the wheels downward 'planting the tires', transferring power to the pavement and eliminating wheel hop for improved traction and straight line launch. Traction...Action lift bars replace the stock lower control arms and feature relocated pivot points to lift the chassis. Engineered for easy bolt-on installation with no welding required! Legal for NHRA stock eliminator classes. These bars are manufactured from heavy-gauge square steel tubing to prevent flex or bending and have an attractive black powder-coated finish to resist corrosion. Polyurethane bushings are included for positive stability, improved ride, and greatly reduced road noise.
but it just seems like they from the description, i know lower control arms do what ur talking about

Yeah, I'm not sure if they effect handling at all. THey look like would provide the best traction, but this car is my daily driver so I can't afford to lose any normal street driveability.
