i just ordered some stainless sheet metal to try and build an in tank sump, when it gets here and i do the dam thing il take pics and tell if it works or not.

Oh alright that's just what I've heard.

I guess the options are drilling holes and never go below 1/4 tank or buy a cobra tank and pumps right?

The 98 up tanks kinda suck because of the fuel starvation issue. I had the same problem and ditched my fuel tank for a 97 which is a different design so no need of drilling holes and worrying about low fuel

Thanks for all the input guys. I think I'll drill some holes in the bottom and always keep her filled up above 1/4.
