The value of the car would be directly related to what kind of damage this car sufered. If it was total loss I wouldn't pay a penny for it.

Nice cobra clone. The only thing I can point out is that it doesn't have an intercooler. But it's really nice. I bet you've scared a bunch of people off.

cobra clone definitely looks weird (hollow) without the intercooler. Have you done the inside yet?

BTW: the rear facia on the mach 1 is the same as the GT... the thing you are referring to is part of the 35th anniversary package (the plastic between the tail lights) but it's a special one to fit the mach1 emblem. And the guy got bumper inserts.

A real mach 1 would clearly have a grille delete and not the regular honey comb.
Mach 1s came with different wheels.
The hood decal is different.
The tail pipes on a mach 1 are chrome.
The side skirts are completely different (The mach 1s have cobra side skirts).
There are no mach 1 convertables.
The spoiler would have to be painted black.
The headlights would have to be smoked
I can tell just from the headrests that the seats are incorrect.
Check the interior and see if it's got limited edition seats/gauges/gauge bezel.... I believe bullitt pedals were included as well.
Last but certainly not least, the Mach 1 would have 32 valve motor and beefed up rear end (plus better suspension)
