2K at 75mph? That's definitely stock. I guess you have a different trans than I do being that yours is an 03 because my stock 3.27s would run right at 2K at 70mph.

Your 2000 probably has a T-45 tranny, 5th gear in the T-45 is 0.68:1--it's 0.62:1 on the 3650.
Here's a link to my "How fast can I go in what gear" calculator lets you play with different transmissions, rear axle gears, and tire sizes. In the upper right corner there's a link to my experimental Axle Ratio Calculator that let's you plug in a speed and rpm in 4th gear (because 4th is 1:1), and tire size, and it will try to guesstimate the axle ratio using some fuzzy logic.
an easy way to figure out what gears you have is jack up the rear end, look at a mark on the driveshaft and rotate the tire once and count how many times the driveshaft rotates. if it goes approx. 3 3/4 = 3.73s, 3 1/4 = 3.27s, a lil over 4 = 4.10s ect.
