I probably get about 2mpg at WOT so even tho I have a supercharger I won't be beating on it alot.

To the OP, Just put a S/C on and stay below 400hp and you will be just fine.

If both cars et a 11.5 but one does it with a 1.49 60' at 114 and other does with a 1.9 60' at 120, The 120 car will kill it on the roll. Say you met up with it on the open road.

My friends sti has went 11.3 @ 126 and I ruin him on the roll. It's not even close like our et's would suggest. At the time he made 2whp more than me and a little more torque.

Only reason I said anything is cause you told me to take my comments to a ricer or site or something....if I was rocking a 96 v6 with a fart cannon or something you could call me ricer, by why say something like that when we both have blown 4.6s.

I trapped 112-113 before my new trans and 3500 stall so my car is completely differant animal now.

Im not gonna sit here and E-race cause its stupid but my car could trap 117-118 with the new stall and should run upper 11s.

Do you even have any 1/4 mile times for your car? What is actually done to your car?

hp means nothing, my friends 04 gt with a vortech, 8 psi, 4.10s, o/r x, bolts ons put like 360 rwhp to the ground and ran 13.3-13.4 @ 107 mph.

I tried to find some 1/4 miles or something for you but this is all I found
Youve probably never even seen a 12 second time slip.

Btw theyare street tires not DR's. HP dyoned at 375. Since then I have replaced the clutch with SPEC unit and alum. flywheel. I am hoping for a higher trap speed also, tell me your thoughts.

I wasnt calling YOU a ricer, just saying I didnt need a lesson on boost. Some ricers may though. Seeing that they think decals, and a wing on a fwd actually helps their civic. Btw the post you found is almost a year old. I trapped 95 last season on street tires in the 1/8, stock suspension, stock gear. Next session I will be running slicks, upper lower control arms, shocks, strut, and 4.10 gear. I dont have a 1/4 track close, closest is about an hour and half away. Compared to a 1/8 which is about a half hour. I have raced 1/4 though, actually I was in NMRA two years ago with the car below. (btw that post is almost a year old) Horsepower doesnt mean anything huh wierd. Its a combination of your horsepower and how well you put it down that makes cars fast on a drag stip. I couldnt really care less whether or not your car runs a 8 flat in the 1/4 or a 18 flat in the 1/4. Doesnt matter to me either way.

95 mph?

You got a timeslip I can see

Theres no way you should be trappin anywhere near 95 mph with 8 psi in a near stock engine.

you sure you dont mean 85?

Suspension and overall setup can do a lot more for e.t.s than horsepower.

Theres a bolt on stalled auto 02 gt with weight reduction, full suspension, bolt ons. He makes 250 rwhp and runs 12.2 at 113 with more left in it...he thinks he can hit 11.9 with 250 rwhp.

My point is a 250rwhp car can run the same times as a 500 rwhp when the 500rwhp shows up slammed on street tires vs a 250rwhp setup for the strip
