Hey guys I have a '96 Mustang GT, Is there any suggestions on how to eliminate that annoying loud chime sound when the drivers door is opened? Do they have a speaker somewhere that the noise is coming from, so I can break it?

I have a 94 and that thing bugged the p*ss outta me. Just crawl under the drivers side dash and follow the tone to the speaker and pull off the connection. I needed a screwdriver to do it and thats it. Ahhhh, silence!

little white box that should be in the curve as the dash flows into the center console. that lil box sucks
