I would recommend tying a rope around it and attaching it to a buddies car....

Seriously I dont know are most of them just bolted on? If not I'm sure its double sided tape. <--- amazing stuff

The rope method as suggested in the previous post has been known to work well, or you could use a hammer and flat bar or chisel to pry it off...

Or, open the trunk and undo the four nuts that hold it on...

yea just four bolts under the trunk lid, slide it off, when i took mine off just to see the loko of it, the paint was scratched all around where the contact points were rubbin on the trunk lid, so if you take it off dont expect it to be perfectly clean.

i just finished removing my spoiler about a week ago. I has 4 bolts on the under side. if your planning on doing the body work to fill the holes the trunk is made out of a fiberglass type of material called smc i believe. what i had to do was wallow out the holes with a dremal and pack the holes with smc compound i believe and unwoven fiberglass cloth. and also tape the bottom of the holes so you have a flat surface on the bottom. after hardening i sanded down the holes and laid bondo over and sanded it level. then prime and paint.

Im not sure if this is the easiest way but it worked for me.

good luck
