Default Has anyone use a 90mm MAF off a ford lightning????

I was wondering if anyone has tried using a 90mm MAF sensor off a ford lightning on their roots style or twin screw supercharged mustang gt. And if so did it make a noticeable improvement on horsepower or is it a waste of money or does it even fit.

Thanks for the inputs.

A lot of people use them for supercharged mustangs. Won't give you more horsepower but it can handle more horsepower without pegging compared to the stock MAF. I have a brand new one for sale if you are interested.

A new tune is necessary with a MAF change.

PMAS makes super nice maf's for supercharged app's as well. I have been using one for about 2 years now with no problems. The lightning MAF is a cheaper solution though. The PMAS maf come ready for the injector size you will use.

Watch your power level. I had my 90mm and it was good till 450. My buddy blew his motor on a cold pegging the MAF at 428rw.
