From what I've read, the stock injectors are good up to 300HP. I've looked into this myself and this is what I came up with. I think the 96-98 Cobrashave 255RWHP and they have 24lb injectors. If you get the heads ported, get some good cams and LT headers you'll be over that. As far as cams go... Comp Cams, VT Engines, SHM all make good cams. I'm going with VT EnginesCams.<IMG src=smileys/smiley20.gif border="0"> </P>

Here's a vid of VT Engines NA Cams idling</P>

yeah, those definetly sound mean. well as for mods i do have long tubes, flowmaster h-pipe, mufflers etc. a cold air and a 70mm TB. so yeah i think im definetly going over the 300 mark with the heads and MSD ignition im doin. so the 24#'ers are the way to go?
and snydaleid, i went to vt's website and i got nothin on cams, did i go to the wrong site??

VT Engines is still working on their website. You'll have to call and talk with them or send them an e-mail. Their cams are fairly new so that's probably why they don't have them posted yet. I'd recommend gettingin touch with Tim at www.modularfordpowerhouse.com He sells the cams and he'll tell you what he recommends. He's got his 2v up to 750RWHP now.I've dealt with himin the past and he's got great customer service. As far as the 24lb injectorsgo... You could probably get away with the 19lb but you're at that thresholdwhere you couldstep up to the 24lb. The decision is yours. I've already bought mine. </P><edited><editID>Snydaleid</editID><editDate>37930.9308449074</editDate></edited>
