What makes these cms cams so good? Have never really heard of them until the thread.

If you use my Stage 1's, you can get away with Stock Valvesprings. If you don't mind changing springs, then you can go with the Stage 2. Depends what you define as "mild" I guess.

hey Jim, for ur stage 2.5s should i get the pistons notched? The reason im asking is im about to order a new shortblock and they would do it for free. Thanks

If who you order your pistons through are a good company they should do it for free. MMR did mine for free.
