i would go with vt stage one you dont have to change valve springs with that, i helped install a set if them on my cousins 02 gt and it sound auwsome, hes driven that car about 6000 miles and if you add a full flowaster exhaust and a 3.73 gear, u talke about that little 4.6 waking up . HOLY@@@@
