Default Long tube help for a friend

he has an 02 GT 5speed

im a windsor small block person, and he asks me alot of questions and most i can steer him in the right way...

but LTs on a 02 GT idk where to start

he is looking at the Edelbrock LTs, found a deal on Pacesetter LTs, i told him to look into ARH headers...

but what do most of you modular guys run? i want to steer him in right direction. but i can't answer somthing i don't know so i figured i would come here for some input

I'm running BBK LTs and no clearance, fitment, or other problems. They're working out great for me (other than smog illegality).

Mac LTs ftw they won't rust and they sound good and give nice tq gains.

Oh yeah, get ceramic coated ones with whatever brand you go with. Definitely worth it for the heat protection

I got BBK ceramic coated LT's on my car since 2004 with no problems at all.

Kooks all the way, you are able to remove a t45 trans without dropping the long tubes.

Oooooo, that would be a super nice thing. Damn header removal to replace the clutch...

long tubes are so not worth the hustle and the money...i just had to replace my clutch and i had to drop the key member a couple of times to get everything done...

Great price,great fitment,and no clearance issues! they tuck up close to the body quite nicely
