Pacesetter or PYPES LT's-guys using them
#2
i don't have an auto but i am using pypes and i really like them. if you drop the k member they are incredible easy to install. the only thing bad about them is that they don't leave much clearance for the steering shaft to go through. so you will either have to grind away at the shaft or dimple the header more. or go the expensive route and get another steering shaft.

Are you on the same page? I asked in the title about both PYPES and Pacesetters. Both inexpensive LT's that may be enough to do what I need. "Metal is Metal"? Please offer constructive info, whether it be negative or positive, based upon personal expereience please. Thanks, Mark

metal is not metal, there will be differences in the quality of the metal used as well as whether or not the header is ceramic coated or not. Different headers hang at different heights and are ultimately like most other parts, you pick two from the following: fast, cheap, quality.
Honestly your best bet is going to be to look into some MAC or BBKs if you are looking for something that is nice but won't break the bank. I have yet to hear anything special about pacesetters, and pypes can be spotty with their products (although I hear about less and less problems, or so it seems).
