KB, I've heard is a very good product.... Maybe's it's bad cusotmer service but I agree with you livefast. KB is most def off my list.... That customer service rep is big and bad behind a key board would love to mee him in person......

haha hell yea, i hate people that can't back up there own products. the guy even offered to pay the difference to upgrade to another blower to fix his problem. i would have shoved that blower down there throats for a 3000 dollar loss.
