4:10 gears are in....
I got my 4:10 gears installed last night and all I got to say is they are great! I am very glad I didn't go with 3:73's. These gears are fine on the street or highway. I feel the car should come like this factory. Makes the car much more fun to drive!! Ok, go get your 4:10's boys you won't regret it!.[sm=happy046.gif]

Thanks guys!!
I have a itch go back to the track now..LoL. I ran a 14.4 before the gears...do you guys think a 13.99 might be possible? I'd like to think so.. but I had a heck of a time getting out of the hole(2.3 60ft) with stock gears so the the 4:10 might be harder to hook? What do ya think?

Yep still on street tires....and the lowering springs hurt my traction also. I was thinking with the 4:10's I can come out easy and then throttle it without bogging. Before I would bogg somewhat with stock gears. Know what I mean?

Yeah, it's going to be a guessing game to see where you can launch without toasted your tires! Just launch at a lower RPM to avoid all the spin and then hit it when you feel it start to hook.
