short shifter? make it more fun!!
i hate the way the shifter feels....can anyone make a not-so-expensive suggestion? should i get a short shifter or what?
it's my first american car....i'm used to japanese imports so i'm totally lost lol. the thing i miss most is that the car isn't that fun to drive, unless i'm driving fast (and gas is SO expensive ). any (again, inexpensive but not cheap) suggestions on how to make it more...fun to drive??
lol thanks guys

fun to drive?
get 4.56 gears...that'll be fun
shifter is nice too, but it doesnt really add that much fun, i have the mgw and i like it, but as far as "fun" goes, i dont know if I would call it that. lol

Yeah, now that my O/R h-pipe has kinda quieted down, im not too thrilled about the way my flowmasters sound anymore. Just sounds too much like an old beat up truck sometimes, im thinking about getting a borla catback, or magnaflow

i have a GT V8...its a 96. to me it's only fun when i drive fast, but gas is so freakin expensive now!!! it costs me $50 to fill up the tank! i just like the way japanese cars feel....like you're part of the car. maybe it's cuz i'm not that strong, the whole car has such a stiff feel
again, i'm still trying to get used to the whole 'american muscle' idea lol
