Default Howling noise

Okay, so I've been hearing this howling nose at about 40 mph. I figured it was a wheel or axle bearing. I put the car on a lift and there is no play in any wheel. I pulled the rear axles and inspected the bearings but they were in good shape. If anyone has an idea or has experienced this please feel free to comment with any advice. It is most noticable during deceleration while im in nuetral or have the clutch pressed so that it quiets my exhaust.
