Default Got drunk..passed out..now no coolant?

I drove my car over to a friends house for sum drinkin.. the car was fine on the way there. I cranked it up this morning and the coolant light was on, and some coolant was gone too..i know my car, and i never neglect fluid levels, etc. so i know the coolant was full.. i added water in it, but the coolant light is still on.
I cant find where the coolant is leaking from..my car always had a small leak behind the alternator, because of the manifold but its a very small one. not enough to do this.
I followed the main radiator hose to the bottom, and i saw a flange that looked kinda wet, but maybe its because its raining out side.. maybe that flange is damaged or something?
I'm at loss and i can't think straight right now..any ideas?

Wait for th car to dry, wait for you to sober up, then get a pressure tester and put the system under 16lbs and wait to see where its coming from.

Cant do much else.

haha as long as you monitor it you should be alright till you sober up and it gets dry out. Then you can check out the flange, it might be your best bet.

EDIT: damn, beat me to it.

The low coolant light is like a early warning system. Engine tempature is the important indicator. If the coolant has been filled and the low coolant light is still on, it could be a bad sensor.

Yeah, are you the coolant level went down? Because that light(garbage with the fan) comes on in my car and its because the sensor is bad.

I like step #2... wait till you sober up. hahaha

as long as your not getting that sweet smell inside your cabin, the fix shouldnt be too dificult. Good luck.

My light goes on and off even if the coolant is full... no wonder the sensor was unplugged when I did my PI swap.
