TFS intake VS Bullitt. Pics and discussion.

You can tell by these pics I found online. the intake to head ports on the TFS are a good bit bigger. Plus there's a lot more volume in the center of the TFS intake. You can't even see the runners on the TFS like the bullitt. That tells me the runners are probably a lot shorter also. Should go good with ported heads especially their's.

These are pics I found I compared to the ones I took of my new TFS intake with an oval throttle body plenum.

The inverted alternator is allowing for a lot wider runner also.

First the bullitt intake pics..

Smaller ports

Narrower but deeper in the center compared to the TFS.

The runners have to curve and narrow unlike the TFS.

Tfs intake pics.

Larger ports

Straighter wider runners

Will except any size oval TB even the single blade.

Just for ****s and giggles a stock pi. WOW!! What difference!!

Does any have pics of the inside of the bullitt?

I found a pic of of the svo intake which is supposed to be a lot like the inside of the bullitt. The runners are longer and more restrictive. The TFS is more like a sheet metal intake inside. All open with the runners extended into the middle.

Not that I'm aware of. But a set of ported svo heads and intake are supposed to flow a lot more than a set of ported PI heads and bullit intake.

whats the difference in price between the svo intake and the tfs?

I think the tfs will out perform both the bullit and svo. I think the svo with everything needed is well over 1k, and heads are over 2k. The new tfs heads should out perform any stock ported head. When mated with the TFs intake with the oval tb it will probably be about the best combo out there for the money.

did the svo heads come with pi or npi cams?

I think no. Unless some one knows better I think they were never offered on a car stock.

The SVO heads were meant as a replacement for the NPI heads
