im thinking about taking all my badges off and im wondering what is under them? im pretty sure the badges are just glued on so i could slide some dental floss under them to get them off. i dont want to do it if there are holes or something else that will be very noticeable after they are off.

pretty sure all of them are glued on except the ford badge on the back. I believe that is held on using a hole

All but the gt badge on the trunk have locator holes behind them. The fender badges are bolted along with glued if I remember right.

the side and rear badges are glued on with locator holes. I just took mine off and replaced them with different badges. Use a hair dryer to get them ready to peel off then take a cloth covered flat head and gently pull it away. One pulled right off and the other got a little help from a razor blade. Other than the locator holes it did not leave behind any blemishes and the paint wasn't any different.

You're going to need some bodywork if you do that but here's what it looks like on my car.
