You're not going to find out much here because you need hands on help.. Nobody can e-diagnose an engine noise by a vague description
I REPLACED ALL THE BEARINGS WHILE I WAS THERE.
BUT THE IDLE PROBLEM WAS THE START OS THE PROBLEM NOT SURE WHAT IT COULD BE MIGHT JUST HAVE TO SEND IT TO A SHOP CUSE I HAVE NO CLUE

you do know below a certain rpm you can have oil pressure issues/ oil pressure drop. so in all reality there probably wasn't a bearing problem and your iac could be bad causing a very low idle to the point there isn't much oil pressure causing a knock.

I KNOW THE BEARING WAS GONE FOR A FACT I PULLED IT OUT AND IT WAS SHREDDED.
I KNOW THAT WHEN MY RPM DROPS IT STARTS THE KNOCK CUSE THE OIL PRESSURE GOES NUT'S COULD IT BE THE IAC .

HOW COULD I FIND OUT IF IT IS THE IAC.

Idle air control, or throttle body bypass valve. It lets air in without the throttle body being open. If it gets clogged you dont get air thus you dont get idle.

there should be a rubber hose from your intake going into the iac housing on your plenum. remove the hose and the iac valve clean it with some parts cleaner and put it back on. I have to clean mine out about every 30k. I should probbly just get a new one.
