Thanks usermst9673 that is the exact diagram I need, the jpeg is a bit small, do you have another version that is larger? I down loaded the image and tried to read it when I zoomed in on it its all a blur. But awesome thanks. I guess the vaccum line that comes out of your intake into your heater box controls the zone, now I can change from defrost to vent to floor AC/ ect, but still with the little heat when I first turn it on and after I kick up the blower motor it gets colder.

Thanks for your help everyone, I fixed my heating issue. Once I found the hole in the vaccum line that went from the intake into the heat box, I got control of my heating pannel again. I was able to switch from the floor to vent to defrost. Then while I was there I noticed that the hoses to the heater core coming off the engine were new and one was the wrong size and it was kinked. This is why the heat was very little and wen't away when I turned on the blower. Once I trimmed up the hose to get rid of the kink, boom hot air a plenty. Its nice and tosty in the stang now in all positions, so much that I have to keep the dial around half way or it gets too hot. Its great. Thanks again
